Prepping for big doc appt.

So, my weight loss has been at the same number give or take 5lbs for the past 2 months. My doctor put me on a steroid to control this underactive thyroid, that has my hair falling out and my weight just sitting. I'm only losing a good 15lbs and then I'm stuck. Its like my body don't want to give the weight up. I have been working out 3 days a week, once I found out I needed something to control the weight loss and that it wouldn't be as easy for me, I fell into a "whoa is me funk" and what did I do!? I ran to food, CARBS, the devil. Its my fault and I haven't really been blogging to hold myself accountable. The good part about this is that I can still fit the clothes I was wearing before, the bad part is, I can still fit the clothes that I was wearing before. Now, here we are 31 DAYS before DisneyWorld. My big appt. to get my second opinion and talk real weight loss and hair loss to my doctor is Friday. *fingers crossed* I can get good news. In the meanwhile, I have the worst headache because I am addicted to sugar and carbs and I have cut that out of my diet, going on day 7. Yikes

My weight loss journey is still in progress. I have about 30lbs to lose. I'm going in for a second opinion on my thyroid. These doctors want to give you so many drugs. I am so not for it and then to take something that would cause me to lose hair...no bueno. I have an couple appts lined up toward the end of the month. It should not be this hard to lose weight. boooo
